The founder Director of Premier Polymers, Mr. Bhavin Mehta, as a partner established a Small Scale Industry in 2004 for manufacturing of High Precision Plastic Components. Mr. Mehta acquired the work experience for 12 years manufacturing of air-conditioner and equipment of air-conditioner as well as laboratory products prior to starting his own industry.

He always think that the goal of our company must be a premium quality product company. He always remain steadfast in attaining continual improvement of all our processes to meet & exceed customer’s requirements and our quality objectives.

The original company Premier Aircon diversified into high precision moulding industry in 2004. On the basis of excellent response and demand from marked soon after IN establishment, the company expanded its capacity by 100% Today the factory is spread b more than 13000 sq tt. butt-up area The company is equipped with more processor based presto on moulding machines of various capacities upto 400 ton, To support its product Ire, in 2006-07 Premier Polymers established a latest technology workshop with CNC based metal working machines for various operations.

To achieve high quality standards, the company has also installed necessary machinery & equipment for pre­treatment and final finish treatment of the product. Premier Polymers follows high quality standards with good manufacturing practices to offer reliable product to the customer.

Our organization owns an expansive warehousing unit outstretched over a wide area, which is equipped with all the requisite facilities. Unlike other firms, we do not have any pressure of storing bulk orders. Our experts have integrated various sections in order to avoid chaos and mixing of products. These sections are valuable for an easy retrieval of our product range. We have a separate packaging unit, where experts use high quality packing material. The manufactured products are packed in bags and boxes like plastic bags, corrugated boxes and sturdy cartons to ensure safe and easy delivery.
